Having hit all the thai places up in billyburg on several occasions I will say hands down that Khao Sarn is the best.  No raucous crowds, no loud music, and no health violations. Best of all the food is phenomenal and the service is outstanding.  If you want Thai in Williamsburg do not hesitate to drop in.
